As Senior Vice President with CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services, Peter Kast provides his clients with comprehensive commercial real estate services across property types. With over 30 years of industry experience, Peter brings leadership to Northern Colorado's marketplace and CBRE's Fort Collins office. His expertise includes land portfolio management and sales, and entitlement processes for residential, office, retail, industrial, institutional, and recreational uses.

Prior to joining CBRE, Peter was a partner with Realtec commercial Real Estate Services and founder of Kast Real Estate Services, Inc. Additional previous roles were Vice President of Marketing and Sales for GT Land of Colorado and a broker with Everitt Companies.
