Peter Joyce serves as a Vice President within Stream’s Transaction Specialist Group in the Orange County office.

Peter specializes in representing corporate office occupiers; as well as advises, educates, and represents current and prospective office and flex tenants in the Orange County market.

Prior to joining Stream, Peter worked at Colliers International where he utilized the global reach and expertise of Colliers’ in-house research teams and senior brokers to identify areas in which real estate can add value to his clients’ businesses.

Hailing from Washington, D.C., Peter brings a personal commitment, in-depth market knowledge, and a broad analytical skill set to every assignment.

Peter received a B.A. in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University where he competed in three NCAA Golf national championships. Finishing third place in 2007, fourteenth in 2008, and seventh in 2009.
