Peter Furest is a Senior Vice President in the JLL Detroit office with extensive Capital Markets experience, having successfully transacted on over $1+ Billion of Commercial Real Estate. He focuses on investment sales advisory work including the structuring and execution of sale-leasebacks, portfolio sales, 1031 exchanges, and well as lease restructuring. His clients range from institutional clients to private investors.

Prior to joining the JLL Detroit office, Peter spearheaded the Capital Markets Net Lease team in JLL's Manhattan Office in New York City.

Peter holds a B.A. from Cornell University and was a granted a fellowship at Yale University in 2014. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York, and is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Cornell Real Estate Council (CREC), as well as a member of The National Association of Convenience & Fuel Retailing (NACS).
