Bio
Peter Derrico directs the growth and operations for Alliance’s Florida portfolio, as well as value-add and core-plus acquisitions, and dispositions of properties in Alliance’s Core portfolio. Prior to joining Alliance in 2013, Peter spent eight years with an institutional private equity real estate fund preceded by various roles within the financial industry.
Peter received Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from West Chester University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance with honors from LaSalle University.
