Peter Crolius joined GCP’s predecessor in 2015 and heads GCP’s leasing and acquisition teams. Prior to this position, he led all acquisitions in the Florida and Carolina markets. Peter has 30+ years of diversified real estate experience including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, land development and tenant/landlord representation.
