Peter Anderson

Peter is Vice President – New Investments of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate and is responsible for new investments including acquisitions, speculative developments and build-to-suit transactions. Peter has coordinated the development and leasing of more than 10,000,000 SF of Pattillo projects over the past 25 years including projects with BMW, Volvo Truck Parts, Falken Tire, GE Aviation, Boeing, Owens & Minor, and WW Grainger. Peter has coordinated the acquisition, entitlement and permitting of multiple industrial parks encompassing hundreds of acres over the past two decades. Prior to Joining Pattillo in 1992, Peter was with Cushman & Wakefield and Rubloff, Inc. Peter has served twice as President of NAIOP of Northeast Florida. Peter graduated from the University of Georgia where he played football for legendary coach, Vince Dooley. In 1985 Peter was Captain of the team and recognized as a consensus First Team All-American. In 2015, Peter was inducted in to the University of Georgia Circle of Honor. Peter lives in Jacksonville Florida with his wife of 30+ years and is a father of four adult children.
