Bio
Pete joined City Line Capital in January 2020. Prior to joining the company, he was a shareholder at Babst Calland, a Pittsburgh-based law firm, and was the chair of the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practice group. Pete has extensive commercial real estate experience having completed transactions across various asset classes with an aggregate value in excess of $2.0 Billion, including over $700 million of self-storage transactions.
