Pete Van Amburgh is a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE Capital Markets' Institutional Properties and supports office investment sales professionals in Dallas and Houston. He focuses on executing all stages of a transaction, from the request for proposal to the coordination of closing and due diligence processes. His responsibilities also include investment underwriting and client/buyer communication.
Prior to joining CBRE, Pete attended Texas Christian University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis.
