Biography
Pete Meyer is a Director for the National Retail Partners — Midwest. He has represented numerous institutional clients, financial institutions, and private investment groups in the disposition of retail assets ranging from regional malls and community centers to large portfolios. His primary responsibilities include due diligence coordination, performing thorough review and analyses of leases, mortgage documentation, existing versus market debt analysis, historical income and expense data, marketing assumptions, budgeted cash flow projections, and a range of other project-specific information and data sets.
Pete joined CBRE in July of 2018 as part of the NRP — Midwest team. Since joining the team, Pete has provided his financial analysis expertise to over 115 retail sales transactions, totaling over 20 Million square feet of retail and $2 Billion in valuation. Notably, Pete acted as the lead underwriter on the sale of Westfield Brandon ($220M) and the Seritage Multi-Tenant Portfolio ($500M+).
Pete graduated cum laude from the Villanova University in the Spring of 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate.
