Bio

As a Managing Director with Industry Real Estate Partners, Peter handles all phases of IOS, trucking and In-fill Industrial investment sales – including business development, deal execution, and deal close throughout the southeast.

 

He began his career with CBRE working on an Industrial Team in greater Atlanta that handled a large leasing portfolio before moving to the Owner side of the business and working for two of the largest Industrial REITs in the U.S. Peter was VP of leasing for First Industrial Realty Trust for 6 years prior to working for DCT Industrial Realty Trust where he was Regional VP of leasing and acquisitions and managed a multi-market region. In 2011, Peter moved to the brokerage side of the business where he focused on investment sales of office, flex, and Industrial properties throughout Atlanta and the southeast.  He and his Team listed and sold over $600 million of properties for both private and institutional investors- including John Hancock, Panattoni Development, CRG Realty, Triad Properties, Colony Capital, Longpoint Realty, Prologis, DCT Industrial, and others.

 

A native of the New England area, Peter earned his BA in Economics and Political Science from St. Lawrence University with additional studies in real estate finance at Boston University.  He is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, a 17-year member of NAIOP, and a member of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
