Pete Estridge

Pete Estridge is the Vice President of Debt Capital Markets at 29th Street Capital. His responsibilities include arranging and structuring debt financing and derivative products for 29th Street’s projects, including acquisition loans, refinancings, mezzanine financing, and interest rate hedging.

Prior to 29th Street Capital, Pete’s background included both finance and real estate operations. He worked as an Associate in Bank of America’s Global Investment Bank in the Consumer & Retail industry coverage group in New York, and then served as an operational leader with P&L responsibility at SMS Assist, LLC (Acquired by Lessen, Inc. in January 2023), a Chicago-based national property management services provider.

Pete holds a BS in Economics from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and an MBA from Chicago Booth with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served in Southern California with two deployments to Afghanistan.
