Payam Tabar joined CBRE in the spring of 2006 as an original team member of the Palo Alto office. He has experience with clients at all levels of their business development, from local venture-backed start-up companies to multi-national public corporations. As a Tenant Representation specialist, Payam leverages CBRE's unmatched breadth of services and global reach to help clients achieve their goals anywhere on the planet. Payam's experience includes: local/global transaction management, strategic planning, leasing/buyer representation, property disposition, market research, build-to-suits, sale-leasebacks, project management, labor analysis, and lease administration. His deep understanding of the markets and strategic advisory has assisted his corporate clients in completing more than 7.5 million square feet of sales and leasing transactions with an aggregate value of more than $2.4 billion.

Payam was honored with Rookie of the Year in 2007, and has been recognized as a Top Sales Professional in 2009, 2011, 2013 - 2014, and 2017, establishing himself as one of CBRE's premier advisors in the Silicon Valley.

Payam grew up in Palo Alto, lettered in tennis at UC Davis, and continues to compete in the United States Tennis Association and for The Olympic Club tennis team in San Francisco.
