Paxton Hollar

Paxton has 22 years of experience in commercial development, brokerage, management and investment of all product types within the commercial real estate industry. Paxton's primary responsibility is furthering the success of SunCap's build-to-suit delivery program by establishing client partnerships for initiating new developments across the Southeast and evaluating speculative development opportunities for SunCap throughout the region. Prior to joining SunCap in 2014, Paxton was Vice President and Director of Business Development with JE Dunn Construction. There he was responsible for brand recognition as JE Dunn transitioned from its acquisition of R.J. Griffin and Company, helping grow the company's revenue an average of 200% per year. Paxton began his real estate career with Lincoln Harris in Charlotte, leaving in 2004 to join two colleagues in the establishment of the first regional office for Lauth Property Group. For six years he managed the Southeastern Retail Development Team and all facets of the company's retail developments including procurement, entitlement, anchor tenant negotiations, construction and disposition.
