Paula joined New South Properties in 2013 and focuses on retail brokerage services. Paula specializes in Landlord and Developer representation in the marketing, pre-leasing and leasing of regional, neighborhood, mixed-use and specialty centers. She has worked with national anchors, junior anchors, restaurants, soft goods and medical users as well as regional and local retailers. Paula’s dedication to assignments is a direct correlation to her past experience as a successful marketing/sales professional for a Fortune 500 company, retail business owner and sponsor relations for a NASCAR race team. Throughout her career she has been recognized as a top performer and has applied her innovative thinking, problem solving skills and tenacious attitude towards finding successful real estate strategies for her clients.
