Paul Wetmore

Paul is helping us build the DLP team and the work processes needed to successfully deliver housing units to market as we continue to grow. He grew up in a coastal town in Eastern North Carolina and attended ECU where he earned a degree in Construction Management. After college, Paul moved to Florida where he met his wife who is also from NC. They eventually worked their way back up the coast before settling in Raleigh, NC, where Paul spent the last 6 years building and preserving affordable multifamily housing complexes across the country. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, on the water, or hiking in the mountains with his wife, two daughters, and their dog.
