Paul Walker is deeply committed to providing best-in-class commercial real estate advisory services to his clients. An expert in New York City real estate, Paul serves many mid-sized companies and landlords, helping drive sound business strategies.
On the tenant side, his industry specializations include media, technology, nonprofits, fashion and boutique to midsize hedge funds. Paul also has a “sub-specialty” of working with the New York offices of Asia-based companies. On the landlord side, he has successfully represented leading family owners in the leasing and marketing of their New York properties, with several of these relationships going back more than a decade.
Paul is recognized by his clients and colleagues for his commitment to achieving superior results, as well as his integrity and his conscientiousness. Closing a deal simply isn’t enough for Paul. He needs to know that his client is well-represented every step of the way, with the ultimate goal of making each and every relationship a lasting one.
A native New Yorker, Paul has a deep love and passion for the city, its culture, its vibrancy, its music scene, and its attitude. He has translated this passion into a thriving real estate career. With more than 20 years in the business—and 700+ deals under his belt—Paul fully understands the complexities and nuances of successfully negotiating any real estate transaction. Paul is serving as the Chairman of an inaugural real estate industry event in 2018 to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
