Bio

As Executive Managing Director of Industrial, Paul Torosian leads the industrial brokerage operations in the Greater Philadelphia market. This includes client relationship management and the direct supervision of both transaction and support professionals. In addition, Paul focuses on business development and market growth, and is charged with leading the industrial agency leasing, tenant representation and capital markets business lines. Paul also serves on the Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions team, which integrates supply chain strategy through real estate implementation.

 

Paul has managed many of the most significant transactions in the Pennsylvania & New Jersey industrial markets throughout his career. Significant client transactions include: 2.1 m.s.f. on behalf of Williams Sonoma; Volkswagen of America's 928,000 s.f. build-to-suit in New Jersey; two build-to-suits on behalf of Home Depot totaling 1.2 m.s.f. in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; a 751,000 s.f. lease on behalf of LG Electronics; Cott Beverage's 600,000 s.f. build-to-suit in Reading, PA; and Dial Corp's 726,000 s.f. lease in Lehigh Valley, PA.

 

Paul has provided a wide-range of real estate services and has developed long-term relationships with many major corporations throughout his 25-year career. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, the majority of his career was spent at one of the country's largest industrial development organizations, Trammell Crow Company. While serving as a Principal within Trammell Crow's Northeast Metro division, Paul was part of a team that developed and leased over 12 m.s.f. of industrial facilities throughout the region.

 

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
