Paul Thurston was named Senior Vice President - Development and Pre-Construction of Becknell Industrial in January 2019.
Paul Thurston joined the Becknell Industrial team in 2001 as a Property Manager and oversees pre-construction activities that include completing requests for proposals, managing due diligence, acquiring land and securing incentives. Paul remains involved throughout the entire permitting and construction process, serving as the clients’ primary point of contact. He has been involved in more than 100 new development projects and previously oversaw Tenant close out coordination and asset management.
