Bio
Paul Tavaglione is responsible for the integrity of Levin’s financial reporting, as well as its finance, accounting, budgeting, credit, cash management and lease administration functions. He joined Levin in 2001 as controller and became assistant vice president in 2007. In 2016, he was named deputy chief financial officer, and in 2017 rose to his current position as vice president and chief financial officer. In addition to holding direct oversight for all aspects of LMC’s corporate finance, he works closely to ensure financial integrity at LMC’s leased and managed properties. He serves as liaison with third-party owners/clients; oversees all development projects through monthly job cost billing; and supports clients with various due diligence work. Prior to joining Levin, Paul was an accounting supervisor at Edison Properties. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wilkes University.
