Bio
Paul Smyth is President of Greystone Special Servicing, a group formed with Greystone's acquisition of C-III Asset Management in December 2019. Paul joined Greystone earlier in 2019 to expand the firm's special servicing B-piece buying initiatives, and formerly served as a Managing Director in the CMBS finance group.

Prior to joining Greystone, Paul served as President of C-III Asset Management and as Global Chief Credit Officer of Credit Suisse's CRE Origination Unit in New York City. Paul has worked in the CMBS industry for 32 years, with extensive expertise in CMBS B-Piece acquisitions as well as Special Servicing. Paul received his B.B.A. from Baylor University in Finance/Real Estate.
