Bio

Paul Selid joined Wiggin Properties in 2014 to focus on investments, and since that time, his role has expanded to include oversight of development, acquisitions, asset/property management, and information systems. He is responsible for identifying, underwriting, and structuring commercial property investments on behalf of its clients. Since joining Wiggin Properties, he has been responsible for the historic rehabilitation of the Tulsa Palace building in downtown Tulsa and the redevelopment of the former Oklahoma City/Oklahoma County Health Department building into the new Oklahoma Chief Medical Examiner's Office. Prior to relocating to Oklahoma, Selid spent more than 25 years in various leadership and asset management roles for large property owners and operators, beginning with Hall Financial Group in Dallas, TX, NHP in Washington, DC, and Equity Residential in Columbus, Ohio, where he served as Divisional President of their Lexford Division. He has been responsible for more than $500 million in property and portfolio transactions involving both private entities and publicly traded companies, many of which involved tax-advantaged structures. Selid has designed and managed capital improvement projects to reposition individual assets and comprehensive multi-year programs involving dozens of properties in ten states. As a portfolio manager, he has been accountable to public company boards, university endowment funds, private investors, and limited partner groups involving thousands of investors in hundreds of entities. Selid was raised in Fargo, ND, and is married with five children. He enjoys woodworking, travel and spending time with his family.
