Paul Seifert

Vice President of Multi-Family and Retail Operations for Continental Properties, a national apartment and retail developer and operator. Continental Properties develops, owns and operates Springs Apartments, a nationally recognized apartment brand. Springs delivers beautiful communities in premiere locations, a unique townhome apartment design and excellent customer service to our residents.

Paul is responsible for ensuring that our retail and Springs operations teams deliver excellent customer service to all our customers and strong financial performance to Continental's stakeholders. Paul also oversees Continental's insurance platform and risk management performance.

Paul received his undergraduate degree form the University of Wisconsin in 1990 and his law degree from the University of Chicago in 1994. He practiced law at Michael Best and Friedrich from 1994-1997 and at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren from 1997-2001. At both firms he focused on real estate transactions, particularly real estate development, commercial leasing and financing.
