Paul C. Norman Jr. serves as Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group specializing in the disposition of multifamily land and existing properties throughout the Washington Metro area. Mr. Norman joined C&W in 2012 from The Concordia Group, which he co-founded in 1999. During his tenure with The Concordia Group, Mr. Norman was active in both the development and sale of residential projects.

Mr. Norman began his real estate career in 1986 as a commercial sales and leasing representative for Washington Realty Group. From 1988 to 1991, he served as Vice President of Davis Associates specializing in residential land sales throughout the Washington Metropolitan region. In 1991, Mr. Norman joined Smithy Braedon Oncor International (Which later became Grubb & Ellis) and was responsible for representing builders and developers in the disposition and acquisition of residential land. Mr. Norman resigned in September 1999 as Senior Vice President to co-found The Concordia Group.
