Paul Nazelrod

As Vice President of Construction at Washington Property Company, Mr. Nazelrod oversees all aspects of procurement and acquisition of construction-related contract services, design oversight, and construction for Washington Property Company’s multi-family, mixed-use and commercial projects. With over 30 years of construction management experience, Mr. Nazelrod has a diverse portfolio of successfully completed projects within the Mid-Atlantic region, including over three million square feet of Class A multi-family residential and mixed-use product within the past 15 years in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. Prior to joining Washington Property Company, Mr. Nazelrod was Vice President of Construction at a national real estate development firm with focused attention on mixed-use and multi-family property development and construction for the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Nazelrod represents Washington Property Company as a Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce Board Member and actively participates in the District of Columbia Building Industry Association. Mr. Nazelrod received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University. Mr. Nazelrod resides in Bowie, Maryland with his wife and two children.
