Paul Mittmann

Mr. Mittmann serves as the firm’s Senior Vice President of Retail Investments for the Western United States, sourcing and overseeing all retail acquisition opportunities in the region. Most recently, he spent the last 10+ years at Phillips Edison & Company (PECO) in a similar capacity where he led acquisition efforts in their western region. Prior to PECO, Mr. Mittmann served as Vice President, Acquisitions with Passco Companies and collectively has been involved in transactions exceeding 26 million square feet and $4 billion of value. Mr. Mittmann was named by Real Estate Southern California as one of the top 40 real estate professionals under 40 in Southern California for 2005 and 2006. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is an active member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute, where he chairs the national retail council. Mr. Mittmann holds a Bachelor of Business Management and Finance from California State University Fullerton and completed graduate coursework in Economics.
