Rocky joined Lincoln Property Company in 2017 and specializes in leasing and selling commercial properties in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C. Over the last five years, Rocky has generated approximately $500 million in lease value with over 2 million SF leased. As Managing Director and Senior Vice President on Lincoln’s Maryland brokerage team, Rocky’s responsibilities include managing proposal and lease negotiations, prospecting, touring, presentations, reporting, and financial analysis. Rocky is consistently recognized as a Top Ten Broker and was named by the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA) as a Multimillion Dollar Producer for the past 15 years. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Rocky was a Managing Director and Team Leader at Cushman & Wakefield for 18 years.
