Bio

Paul Hoffmann is a Vice President in CBRE's Westchester/Fairfield office.  Following a successful career with Exxon Company USA in the marketing and opertrions department, Mr. Hoffmann has successfully executed numerous lease and sale transactions, primarily in Westchester County, New York and Fairfield County, CT.

In recent years, Mr. Hoffmann has been involved in some of the area's largest transactions, including Principal Financial Group's leasing renewal of their 800,000 SF portfolio in Westchester County that led to the eventual sale of those properties to a number of different buyers.  In addition, Mr. Hoffmann was involved in the 383,000 SF sale of the Mount Pleasant Executive Park to New York Life.
