Paul Harris is Senior Managing Director Investment Sales office in Berkadia's Dallas, TX office.Prior to joining Berkadia, Paul was the Managing Partner of Moran & Company Southwest Region, responsible for all marketing assignments and client relationships with particular emphasis on the major Texas markets. Paul and his team closed over $7.5 billion in multifamily dispositions, recapitalization and equity raises in this capacity. Prior to Moran, Paul was Director of MultiFamily Investments for Goldman Sachs affiliate Archon Group where he completed $5 billion in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions.
