Bio

Paul Giannone joined Cushman & Wakefield in September 2011. As an Executive Vice President in the firm’s Edison office, he leads a seven-person team and is responsible for expanding Cushman & Wakefield’s services to clients throughout Central New Jersey.    Paul is a 25-year veteran of the corporate real estate industry and has extensive experience planning and implementing marketing and transaction strategies for a wide range of institutional, development, and corporate clients. Paul was nominated by the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP) two years in a row for the Most Creative Deal of the Year Award. In 2013, the Nomination was for the disposition and sale of the former Merrill Lynch Headquarters in Hopewell, NJ consisting of 1.4 million square feet, the largest sale transaction in New Jersey’s history. In 2014, Paul won the NAIOP Deal of the Year for the relocation of Sandoz Inc.’s 150,000 square foot Corporate Headquarters to 150 College Road West, Princeton, NJ. Also in 2014, Paul concluded two of the top ten New Jersey’s largest office leasing transactions. Currently, Paul is the exclusive agent representing more than two million square feet of Class A office space and is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Paul served as Managing Director for Jones Lang LaSalle’s New Jersey region.  He was the broker of record and was responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations and the supervision of over 30 transaction professionals and 25 staff personnel.
