Bio
Mr. Fedorko serves as Vice President of Capital Markets for CBRE. In that capacity he provides comprehensive acquisition and disposition services to the institutional and private capital markets. Services include: acquisitions and dispositions, consulting, equity placement, financing, market research, portfolio planning and valuation.
Mr. Fedorko has been directly involved with the underwriting and sale of more than $1.5 billion worth of investment real estate since joining CBRE in 2013.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Fedorko was a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap where he specialized in retail and net leased properties. He successfully underwrote, listed and sold over $300 million of investment real estate over his 3-year career at Marcus & Millichap. Paul received Marcus & Millichap's Sales Recognition Award in 2012. In addition, Mr. Fedorko was a director in the acquisitions department of a national real estate development company where he made calculated decisions on the highest and best use for acquired properties and led the development charge by securing and managing debt through asset based matching funds solutions.
