Mr. Fallati is responsible for overseeing the operation for the Commercial Real Estate and Development Divisions comprising of Office, Industrial, Manufacturing, Technology space, with several new projects currently under development. He negotiates all leases for new tenants, expansions and renewals. In addition, he manages all Property Managers for all commercial sites.Prior Experience:Prior to joining Galesi Management, Mr. Fallati was President and Principle Broker for his own firm where he specialized in property management, leasing and sales of commercial sites.Professional Designation:NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker;Real Property Administrator, RPA.Professional Organizations and Community Involvement.President of Commercial Industrial and Real Estate Board (CIREB), 2005..Vice President of Commercial Industrial and Real Estate Board (CIREB), 2004.Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA), Board of Directors, 2004- 2009.St. Catherine Children Foundation, Board of Director, 2002- 2007.Downtown Albany Business Improvement District, Past Board Member.Paul resides in Loudonville, NY and has a son and two daughters.
