Paul Dietsch

Paul Dietsch’s duties include operational oversight of the development, leasing and management of new and existing retail, office and mixed-use properties; management of the legal affairs of the company, including the negotiation of loan arrangements, real estate purchase/sale agreements and construction contracts, and advising in-house clients on various matters; management of insurance, benefits, and HR functions. He is also active in the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Nebraska State Bar Association, and Iowa State Bar Association and the Omaha Bar Association. Before joining Noddle Companies, he had previously been with Fraser Stryker PC LLO, since 1994, where his practice areas included Business and Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, and Business Transactions. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska, and went on to receive his Juris Doctor, with high distinction, from the University of Iowa.
