Paul joined Becknell Industrial in 2018 and was named Senior Vice President of Asset Management in April 2021. With over 20 years of experience, he currently assists in the management of the Company’s portfolio. With properties located across the entire United States, Paul aids in all aspects of leasing, property management and budgets.
Before joining the Becknell team, Paul managed the day-to-day operations of NAI Hiffman Asset Management Services industrial portfolio. There he oversaw property management, worked closely with the leasing team and managed relationships with institutional clients and private investor
