Paul Dicarlo

Paul DiCarlo joined Marx Realty & Improvement in October of 2017 as Managing Director, specializing in acquisitions and asset management. Mr. DiCarlo joins Marx from Macklowe Properties, where he served as Vice President and was involved in all aspects of real estate investment and development, including such projects such as 432 Park Avenue, One Wall Street and 200 East 59th Street. Prior to Macklowe, he worked in the acquisitions group at Rockrose, where he played an integral role in transactions totaling $1.4 billion.Mr. DiCarlo received his MBA degree from Columbia University and undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts.
