As lead Associate with approximately five years of experience, Paul's role has been on the disposition and acquisition of industrial investment properties on behalf of local investors, developers and owner/users. Within the LA Basin, Paul focuses on the South Bay, Mid-Counties and Central LA markets. He brings a broad base of marketing and investment expertise to an engagement, strong foresight for identifying market opportunities, and disciplined approach to positioning properties for sale.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Paul was an Associate at Colliers International for three years. He began his real estate career in 2014 in Santa Barbara, CA, working for a private development firm and has acquired extensive understanding of the construction process. Paul has completed transactions spanning across an array of industries, including retail, industrial, and multifamily. Paul began working with the Maling Barnes Investment Team which is situated within Avison Youngs Real Estate Investment Division. The team specializes in the disposition and acquisition of investment real estate.
