Paul A Cassano

Paul oversees Vision Real Estate Partners' accounting, financial reporting, and tax functions. Prior to joining Vision Real Estate Partners in 2015, he was controller for Wilson Associates, a family commercial real estate company, where he was responsible for accounting and tax. While at Wilson Associates, he was involved in the management and ultimate disposition of a 400,000-square-foot portfolio of industrial properties. Prior to Wilson Associates, from December 2010 until November 2012, he was a manager in the Real Estate Services Group at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he was responsible for the audits of a public REIT, Real Estate Funds, and properties. He began his career in September 2005 at Wiss & Company LLP, a regional accounting and auditing firm, where he focused on the audits and taxation of real estate entities. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Montclair State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
