Patrick Welton

Patrick Welton has been in various forms of property management for the past 30 years. Starting in hospitality management for the Red Lion Hotel chain, he moved to residential property management by joining Magnuson Management Company in 1984. Three years later, Pat was promoted to Vice President in 1987 and achieved his CPM (Certified Property Management) designation in 1988. 1988 brought further opportunities for Pat when he became president of Centron Management Company which, at the time, was one of the largest apartment developers in the Pacific Northwest. He has completed over 6,000 units in lease up during that time and in 1989 combined Centron's accounts with those of Commonwealth Pacific in 1989 becoming President/Partner of the new company, Premiere Management Company in Seattle, Washington. Under Pat's guidance, Premiere grew to 9,000 apartments and 200,000 square feet of commercial space under management in three states. Premiere Management Company was sold in 1994. In 1994 Pat founded Precision Management Company with the focus of providing more customer and boutique services to his clients. Pat is a 1982 graduate in Business Management from Central Washington University. He has spoken to national audiences at the Oregon Apartment Association,Washington Apartment Association, and the apartment industry trade show, Trends, where he has been a featured speaker on multiple occasions. In addition, he has been published nationally in the Journal of Property Management.
