Bio
Mr. Wakeman directs the acquisition, disposition, and capital structure for the company’s multi-family and commercial property investments. As a Principal of the firm, he is a member of CALCAP’s Investment Committee, as well as being involved in corporate strategy and hiring.
He began his career with CBRE in 1988 handling leasing and sales of commercial properties, representing institutional property owners such as Ford Motor Company, Allstate Insurance, T. Rowe Price Mutual Funds and Transamerica Insurance. In 1995, Pat founded Landmark Realty Group, a firm dedicated to commercial property investment, syndication and brokerage. During that time, he formed numerous LLCs to purchase apartment and commercial projects throughout the U.S.
Pat is a graduate of the University of San Diego with a B.B.A. in Accounting. As a lifelong Southern Californian, he’s active in a variety of charitable, community, and professional endeavors. Pat resides in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego with his wife and two daughters.
