Patrick Szyperski is an Assistant Vice President with Newmark's Debt & Structured Finance Group located in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. His primary responsibilities include the origination and underwriting of multifamily transactions with various capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, banks, insurance companies, debt funds and CMBS lenders. Since joining the Carolina's team in 2018, he has played an integral role in capitalizing over $1 billion of closed transactions for acquisitions, refinances, developments, and recapitalizations.

Before joining the Charlotte office, Mr. Szyperski served as Analyst and Associate in the firm's Bethesda, MD office where he began his tenure in 2015. During this time, he gained valuable experience working on both the underwriting and production teams conducting detailed financial and market analysis while underwriting multifamily loans for origination teams nationwide.

Mr. Szyperski attended Elon University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Finance and an Economics minor.
