Patrick Rainey

As an Acquisitions Associate at North Park Ventures, Patrick's responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting new multifamily investment opportunities through fostering relationships with brokers and direct-to-owner outreach to motivated sellers. Parick also assists in coordinating due diligence for properties under contract. Prior to joining North Park Ventures, Patrick was the Senior Vice President for a boutique development company in Nashville, TN. He was also an associate for Marcus & Millichap with a focus on multifamily investment sales. Over his career, Patrick has participated in over 30 real estate transactions with a combined value of over $145M, operating on both the brokerage and principal sides of the deals. Patrick received his B.S. in Commerce & Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Alabama.
