Patrick Murdock is an Associate in the San Francisco office, specializing in Data Center tenant representation and capital markets. He has worked with numerous companies in a variety of industries in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Patrick has almost 6 years of commercial real estate experience in leasing, capital markets, research and analytics, construction management, and property management. His analytical background allows him to leverage industry leading market data to assist in site selection, location strategy and complex real estate negotiations.

Prior to his time with JLL, he served as the senior Research Associate for the Atlanta Market for The CoStar Group. He was responsible for ensuring a team of fifteen researchers delivered accurate and timely data to national clients. Patrick was also a member of a select team chosen to open The CoStar Group's National Research Headquarters located in Richmond, Virginia.

Patrick earned his Bachelors in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Post graduation, he completed the Business Essentials Program at the Kenan Flagler Business School. Patrick grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina. He currently lives in San Francisco with his fiancée, Julia. In his free time, he enjoys climbing, skiing, hiking, and cooking.
