Patrick Morgan

Patrick Morgan is Vice President of Production for Veleta Capital Partners. In this role, Patrick is responsible for new business development, loan originations, sales strategy implementation, and supporting marketing efforts. With a combined 10 years of commercial real estate experience as a broker and debt originator, Patrick brings deep transactional knowledge from different capacities.

Patrick began his career in the debt space with Civic Financial Services in 2017. With commercial experience and a track record of consistent production in residential investment loan products, he was selected to join the multifamily team where he became the second highest grossing producer in the channel and was consistently a top 10 producer company wide.

Prior to Civic, Patrick spent five years in brokerage with Cushman & Wakefield. In that time, he and his team completed $250M worth of lease and sales transactions for companies in the manufacturing, logistics, and aerospace industries. Patrick was responsible for new business development, marketing, negotiations of lease and purchase terms, market research and reporting.

Patrick graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. from the school of Public Policy and Development with concentrations in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development. He also holds a real estate sales license from the California Department of Real Estate.
