Bio

Pat is one of the founding partners of Hamilton Partners and is responsible for leasing, office development, and acquisition activities in several sub-markets of the Chicagoland area. Since the firm was established in 1987, Hamilton Partners’ office portfolio has grown approximately 5 million square feet. Prior to establishing Hamilton Partners, he was a Partner for the Trammell Crow Company in the Chicago area. Pat has more than 30 years experience in the real estate business. He has been involved in more than $500 million worth of transactions including the acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing and management of properties. He is a licensed attorney and real estate broker.
