Patrick McGinley oversees all operations for Vestar’s 30 million square feet under management, including five regional offices. He joined Vestar in 1989 and has been involved in the significant growth and scale of the property management division. He is a graduate of University of Arizona and is a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a past-President of Valley Partnership. Additionally, Patrick has been involved in various civic organizations, such as the Foundation for Blind Children and Executive Council of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix.

As one of the leading privately held real estate companies in the western United States, Vestar acquires, develops and manages retail and entertainment destinations of varying size and scale that serve as destinations and community focal points. Vestar is a nationally recognized leader in the acquisition, management, leasing and development of retail real estate with a significant market share in the Western US. Vestar has over 30 million square feet currently under operation and management and has been acknowledged by both institutional and private-client investors as an industry leader.

Vestar is responsible for creating many of the largest and most successful open-air retail centers with a conscientious approach to developing community oriented and environmentally sensitive properties. Vestar has established new benchmarks for working with neighborhood groups, communities and municipalities that address community needs and foster goodwill on all levels.
