Patrick McBride

Patrick co-founded Coastal Ridge in 2013 and has primarily overseen Coastal Ridge’s investment division while serving on its board of directors. Prior to co-founding Coastal Ridge, Patrick was a co-founder and managing partner of Manhattan Partners, a multi-strategy private equity firm based in Los Angeles, California, and a principal at The Walnut Group, a private equity firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts degree concentrating in Entrepreneurship and Political Science, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute Student Housing Development Council and UCLA’s Orthopedic Institute for Children advisory council. Patrick, his wife Jackie, and his family reside in Malibu, California, and Nashville, Tennessee.
