Bio
Patrick's expertise lies in the leasing, development, and asset management of retail shopping centers.Patrick joined Regency in 1996 as Vice President and Regional Officer for the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He became Senior Vice President of Operations before being appointed to Senior Market Officer in 2009. Today, Patrick supervises the leasing and operations of 95 properties, as well as the development and acquisitions of new projects, in 10 central U.S. states. An active community member, Patrick serves as a board member for the Clayton Dabney Foundation for Kids with Cancer and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Southern Methodist University.Patrick enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Susan, and their three sons.
