Bio
Patrick Harmon joined Berkadia as an Associate Director of Investment Sales in 2023, supporting Steven Chattin, Mitchell Belcher, Jay Timpani, Chad Blenz, and Brandon Lawler. A Seattle native, Patrick has been a part of the commercial real estate industry since 2021 and has strong ties to the city. He will be focusing on multifamily assets acquisitions and dispositions primarily in the Seattle core, but also throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Patrick is a recent graduate of the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business, where he double majored and achieved academic honors in Real Estate and Finance while developing strong leadership skills as collegiate athlete.
