Patrick Gildea focuses on the disposition and acquisition of office, industrial and mixeduse

properties throughout the Carolinas on behalf of institutional and private owners and investors.

As the leader of one of the top-performing teams in the Carolinas, Patrick has been involved in

nearly $5.6 billion in investment property sales. Through this experience, Patrick has helped to set

price-per-square-foot and cap-rate records in Charlotte and the Carolinas.

Patrick has been consistently ranked among Charlotte's top producers, within both CBRE and

the market as a whole. His membership in CBRE's Institutional Properties group provides an

intimate and unique knowledge of the institutional capital flows across the United States, along

with access to the most aggressive national capital sources at a high level.

Prior to joining CBRE, Patrick worked in the commercial loan department at BB&T where he began

his career through the company's distinguished management development program. Patrick is

active in numerous professional and civic organizations, and lives in Charlotte with his wife and

two children.
