Patrick joined Phoenix Investors, LLC with 7 years of Industrial Real Estate Brokerage experience covering the entire state of Wisconsin. In his career in Brokerage, Dedering was responsible for sales and leasing of over 2 million sq. ft of Industrial product. He is well versed in different sales and leasing structures, build-to-suit projects, land assemblages, state and local incentive packages, real estate valuation and investment deals. Patrick was named a Top Industrial Leasing Broker by CoStar Group in 2019.
