Patrick is a Senior Financial Analyst for the National Retail Partners—Midwest team. He provides state-of-the-art financial and analytical consulting, enabling institutional and corporate clients to make well-supported decisions in complex transactions. His primary responsibilities include due diligence coordination, performing thorough review and analyses of leases, mortgage documentation, existing versus market debt analysis, historical income and expense data, marketing assumptions, budgeted cash flow projections, and a range of other project-specific information and data sets.

Patrick joined CBRE in 2016 as part of the NRP—Midwest team. Patrick has aided in the valuation and underwriting of numerous assets nationwide. Since joining the team, Patrick has assisted in the disposition of over $500 million in assets.

Patrick graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the spring of 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. While at Wisconsin, he interned prior to his senior year as a development accountant for General Growth Properties. Patrick continues to enhance his knowledge of real estate finance and retail property markets in order to better serve his clients.
